Once we receive your consultation request, we will connect with you by email, phone, or Skype to discuss your editing needs and how we can help you meet them. A cost estimate, a list of deliverables, and a completion timeline based on the preliminary work agreement will be provided to you after the initial meeting. Once we confirm the work agreement and receive your signed contract, we will get to work.
We provide our services in English. We can also provide initial consultation in Cantonese (廣東話). Please specify your language preference in your request.
